It's not something I struggle with. The most important think is to get the idea, jot down the basic components, and once I do that and start writing, it usually just flows.

I love the actual writing, once I decide on a topic, map out the basic outline, do the research and then start actually writing... I love that things flow, ideas come to me and though I write non-fiction, there is a strong creative element as I tap into subconscious reserves and things come out and I often have no idea where 'that' came from! But I do really... it reminds me of when I was practicing hypnotherapy in London years ago and though I'd always had a script and session plan loosely worked out (from which I frequently deviated), I was often an astonished observer of what was coming out of my mouth... and yet it worked. I learned to 'allow' my subconscious to lead me as it knows best. For me there is great joy in writing when this happens.

Most critical is to write what you are passionate about, and to write with your own voice. Be authentic and it will show.

I'm inspired to write every time I see or hear someone saying negative things about them selves, when I know there is so much they can change if they change their understanding of how their mind (conscious and subconscious) both work. And though it takes persistence, it isn't difficult.

I created a unique form of hypnotherapy recording that enabled me to lose 20lbs and cure my insomnia with ease. I knew I had hit on something big, and wanted to share it with the world. I've been passionate about personal development and the Law of Attraction for years so I had an idea of pairing them up and Law of Attraction Shortcut Secrets is my first book.
