I start to think about editing the book and that gets me going again. In all seriousness, I try to imagine any scene and then paint it. Writing something whether it's on the story I'm stuck on or not is helpful to get things moving again.

A novel for NaNoWriMo called 'In Light and Shadows'. I was planning on writing it anyway to go along with the 'The Graying Beard of Philip Marley' short story trilogy. The timing just worked out that it's during NaNoWriMo. Also, I am working on Book 3 of 'The Graying Beard of Philip Marley' trilogy.
