Lee Hall Over time I just practiced trying to make a review an extension of the blurb that hopefully entices readers to take on the book. My advice would be to try and grasp what the message of a book is (what it's really about) and build from there - I firmly believe in reviewing books without giving spoilers.
Lee Hall Thanks Denver. I first started exploring the idea of writing way back when I was 12. Eventually I decided to take it seriously some years later (2010ish) and after all this time I'm still chasing the dream with soon to be 6 books!
Lee Hall Hi Denver, awesome to connect with you! I picked it up via Reedsy discovery so you can expect a review hopefully soon.

Happy to follow back :)
Lee Hall Dragon Teeth by Michael Critchton looks pretty awesome. I have always been an admirer of his work even though he left us some years ago now.
Lee Hall Write what you want to write about and do it every day. Whether it's for a few minutes or even hours. The more time you spend writing the better you will get and the more productive that time will be. Make words your passion and teach yourself how to translate what you see in your mind onto the page. The journey will be lonely but one day you will be stood alongside a book you have created waiting to take that leap into publishing. And that's what writers live for.
Lee Hall I'm sort of in between procrastination right now, but the short answer would be (whispering) the Open Evening sequel...
