I love to find inspiration absolutely everywhere! Although I find that it is usually from meeting new people and visiting different places. It starts from a conversation with a stranger that links to a thought that I would like communicate, and I can sit for hours just playing from one sentence that they have said which has resonated with me. I also find that pushing myself into different environments opens your mind to think about subjects in a different manner to how you usually do, thus leading to a magical discovery about yourself.

I like to go for a walk into nature, and listen to the world around me. The sound of the insects, the animals, the beauty of the sky, the colours of the flowers, the textures of the leaves. And then I sit comfortably and meditate. When I am quiet, the ideas won't stop calling out to me.... I usually need to bring a pen and notebook to keep up :)
