Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Jen Ray Jones I had just finished reading the Harry Potter series and wanted more! I decided to write my own book. I have always been interested in Greek mythology and Irish lore, so I kind of mashed the two together and created Water Fairy.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Jen Ray Jones If there is a book out there that you're wanting to read, write it! Don't give up. Life tries its best to get in the way. Persevere!
