What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Lenore Harper I never met my maternal grandfather since he had died in a possible suicide when my mother was young. There were questions as to whether it was or not. That would be a great, close to home plot trying to solve the mystery of it all.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Lenore Harper Oh goodness I have to choose just one! There are so many great couples that this was a difficult question. One of my favorite couples is Kane and Rebecca from Guardian Angel by Abbie Zanders. Kane is the Iceman and in the series you get the sense that he shoulders the burden of the covert operations his brothers and him do more than the others. You don't think anyone or anything could bring him down. Rebecca though does from the moment they meet. There is a moment in the book that just explains the depth and strength of them and their love the most for me. Kane's sister in-law makes the comment: "It's always the quiet ones." These two are content to hide away together from the world but will step out into the jungle to save people without hesitation. There is just something about them as a couple that leads me back to their book time and time again.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Lenore Harper The best thing about being a writer is all the different lives that I get to love through my characters. I feel as though I am right there with them as they go through things.
