My current book in progress is a romantic comedy about two opposite personalities that discover just how much chaos one woman's ashes can cause. I got the idea after having a discussion with my oldest child regarding where I would like my ashes scattered. lol

I'm currently working on a stand alone women's fiction novel. It's a bit of a dark romantic comedy and it has been a blast to write so far!

If I'm experiencing writer's block, I try not to force anything onto the page. I do other things that I enjoy instead. (I seriously have a ridiculous amount of hobbies...) I'll make a batch of soap, create a necklace, paint, sew, knit, or go out with friends. Usually I'm mapping out my story and back to my keyboard in no time if I just take a little bit of "me" time.

My favorite fictional couple is Claire and Jamie from the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. I think I love Claire and Jamie so much as a couple because they are equals in the relationship. They both have a fierce love of one another and such passionate loyalty, yet can be silly as well. Each is formidable in his or her own right, but together they are a force to be reckoned with.
