The idea for the Explorer’s Guide to Wildlife Adventures stems from my desire to photograph and learn from animals. The tricky part to photographing wildlife is finding them. When I couldn’t find a book already written - I set out to write my own guide book.
As I was visiting each location I discovered that the majority of people were there for the sole purpose of witnessing the animals in the wild, not to photograph them. Because of that, the book went from being a photography guidebook to a general guidebook with a few photography side notes.

Write like you are writing for yourself. Learn from the bad reviews and rejection letters, but don't let them bring you down, chances are you are your own worst critic anyway.
