I have a long list of books, that I have purchased during this spring, I am still stuck on the first on the list. You are wondering, "wow, is that so bad?"
No, it is amazing, but with my job, writing new material, marketing my novels, taking care of my family and my sanity, what is left is the time when I collapse over my kindle.

Surprisingly, I am living a very balanced life, and whether I have been quite wild in my youth, I cannot say that there is anything in my life that can become a plot for a mystery book. Though, I have a wild fantasy and live my life between the real world and my imaginary worlds... Now those are great material for a mystery book

Never give up! Besides that as your novel is ready it is important to have it proofread and copy-edited. The work of a proofreader is very important and can save you from making embarrassing mistakes. If you are correcting your book yourself, you might not be as critical as a proofreader. Once your book is ready, choose whether you want to go Indie or to search for a Publisher. Self-publishing is a faster route, but this also means that is more difficult. However, finding a Publisher can be the classic search for the holy grail.

Presently, I am all on the promotion of my book, and in the free time I am working on the new novel, which I hope to be ready within a year. Being a self-published author means a lot of freedom to manage your book the way you want, but it also mean that you have to take care of the promotion yourself.

So far I didn't have any problems. I suppose that writers should treat the creative process as a passion, rather than as a job. The latter forces your brain to treat your writing as something due, and that's where the block can happen. I suppose it is the same for everyone who is involved in the creative process, whether we are talking about writers, musicians or artists.
