P.J. Mann It was midnight, and finally, I could write the words "the end" to my next masterpiece. The computer got blank... and the work of months went lost, disappearing like smoke into the nothingness.

Well more horror than this...
P.J. Mann I would follow Captain Nemo on his adventures. It has been my dream since I was a little child ;-)
P.J. Mann I have a long list of books, that I have purchased during this spring, I am still stuck on the first on the list. You are wondering, "wow, is that so bad?"
No, it is amazing, but with my job, writing new material, marketing my novels, taking care of my family and my sanity, what is left is the time when I collapse over my kindle.
P.J. Mann Surprisingly, I am living a very balanced life, and whether I have been quite wild in my youth, I cannot say that there is anything in my life that can become a plot for a mystery book. Though, I have a wild fantasy and live my life between the real world and my imaginary worlds... Now those are great material for a mystery book

P.J. Mann There are many fictional couples, but if I have to choose one, I would say Ophelia and Hamlet, the reason is the intensity of the two characters that made me fall in love with them.
P.J. Mann Writing has always been a hobby for me; it helped me to relax from the everyday issues. I like to tell stories even if for a long time, it has been a hobby that I kept for myself, and only recently I decided to publish my novels.
P.J. Mann Never give up! Besides that as your novel is ready it is important to have it proofread and copy-edited. The work of a proofreader is very important and can save you from making embarrassing mistakes. If you are correcting your book yourself, you might not be as critical as a proofreader. Once your book is ready, choose whether you want to go Indie or to search for a Publisher. Self-publishing is a faster route, but this also means that is more difficult. However, finding a Publisher can be the classic search for the holy grail.
P.J. Mann Presently, I am all on the promotion of my book, and in the free time I am working on the new novel, which I hope to be ready within a year. Being a self-published author means a lot of freedom to manage your book the way you want, but it also mean that you have to take care of the promotion yourself.
P.J. Mann The best thing is that you have the freedom to express your thoughts and feeling; it is a sort of stress therapy, to detach from the everyday issues.
P.J. Mann So far I didn't have any problems. I suppose that writers should treat the creative process as a passion, rather than as a job. The latter forces your brain to treat your writing as something due, and that's where the block can happen. I suppose it is the same for everyone who is involved in the creative process, whether we are talking about writers, musicians or artists.
P.J. Mann I get my inspiration by listening to the stories of the people around me; then I add a little twist, and the general plot line is created. However, I have to admit that as I went on writing, the story got a lot more twisted from the fact that gave me the inspiration.
