Anna Hague Aleatha Romig has a new release, Plus One. It is a little different than her previous books. It's a lighter romance, and I love anything of hers. Another book just released is For April by Jillian Jacobs. This is book one of a two-book series. I'm diving into a shifter romance by Anya Breton. Bearly Safe. I've never read a shifter romance, but this author was recommended to me.
Anna Hague I think about this topic frequently. I am very different from the rest of the members of my family. I look nothing like my parents, nor my siblings. I am the proverbial black sheep with different views on some many things. Although, my parents told me I was their natural child. Sometimes, I wonder. This could be an interesting plot line, of course with a major disaster thrown in for extra drama. Thanks, for the very interesting question.
Anna Hague Jacob and Sarah from Aleatha Romig's The Light series.
Anna Hague I go work on another project. Sometimes the project is something in my other career as a sportswriter.
Often though, before I go to sleep, I work out a scene in my head like it's a movie.
Anna Hague I have found some wonderful and supportive friends who are also authors. They are the best cheerleaders ever.
Anna Hague Just do it. Stop putting writing off until......I waited way longer than I should have. Now, I'm loving it and can't believe I didn't start sooner.
Anna Hague I am currently finishing up my second book Appearances. I love my characters, and the setting is in my favorite city Chicago. I have a hero who is a stiff millionaire business desperate to make a deal, and a heroine who is key to that deal. The only problem is, she is a free spirit who has few filters and even fewer boundaries.
Also, I have book one of an erotic series ready to be edited.
Anna Hague Music is a big inspiration to me. Also, places I've visited. I've even watched people in a mall or at a sporting event, and a story will pop in my head.
Anna Hague When I heard the song "Counting Stars" by One Republic, the line "everything that kills me, makes me feel alive," screamed this story to me. My heroine, Allee has suffered tremendously in her life, but she keeps fighting. My hero Jamey, has suffered as well, and when their paths cross, wow. This song just kept getting louder and louder in my head. I listened to it everyday to help me to keep going.
