John Tarnoff For the past few years, I've been focusing my coaching practice around helping members of my generation (the baby boomers) deal with the fact that we're not really able to retire - at least in the way that we expected. Between low retirement savings, increased longevity, and fewer jobs for older workers, a crisis is brewing. The way I see it, boomers have to be more pro-active and not just try to keep doing the same thing they've been doing for years. We have to reinvent ourselves, our attitudes, our aspirations and the ways that we engage with the world if we're going to be able to create an sustain lasting "second-act" careers.

Boomer Reinvention is a super-specific methodology to do just that!
John Tarnoff Basically, I ignore it. The trick for me is to just sit down at a given time every day and just start writing. It may take me a while to get into a flow, but by just writing with no expectations, the flow tends to happen.
