I absolutely loved your Alien Affairs series and miss the free short stories. Will they ever be re-released?
Kate Hill Thank you, Carol. I'm so happy you liked Alien Affairs. I'm working on re-releasing that series as well as several others that went out of print. Right now the first Alien Affairs story, Doing Thyme, is available as an exclusive free download to members of my newsletter. There's a sign-up at my website https://www.kate-hill.com. It's a re-edited version of Doing Thyme with new cover art.

Kate Hill Right now I'm reading To Reign in Hell by Greg Cox and Othello. Next on my list is To Capture a Highlander's Heart: The Trilogy by Teresa Reasor.

I have followed you for quite a few years and have many of your books. i am trying to gather a list of all the books you have done. what names have you written under? i get a lot of author lists from fictiondb.com. my ebook library is a mess and i am trying to straighten it out. i started with names Kate Hill and Saloni Quinby. thank you for any help you can provide.

Do you have plans to bring any of your out of print books back? I had several series that I purchased through All Romance ebooks...and haven't been able to find them since ARe went under. Alien Affairs, Horsemen, Knights of the Ruby Order, Ancient Blood, Hot River (I didn't have the whole series of Hot River) Python Place...among others.
Kate Hill Hi Victoria. Thank you for asking about my books. Alien Affairs, Horsemen, Knights of the Ruby Order, and Ancient Blood went out of print when Ellora's Cave went out of business. I'm hoping to make re-edited versions of them available at some point. Currently, a re-edited version of Ancient Blood 1: Handsome Bastard is available through Amazon.
Hot River and Python Place are still in print and available from Changeling Press. I hope you have a happy 2021!

I'm lucky to actually still have the ebooks of the Alien Affairs series. What ever happened to the short stories?
Kate Hill Hi Carol. Thank you for reading the Alien Affairs books. Currently the series and short stories are out of print, but I'm hoping to revise them for re-release in the future.

Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Kate Hill I have several favorites, but the first one that comes to mind is Gomez and Morticia Addams. They're funny, romantic and unique. Crazy about each other and crazy in general.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Kate Hill I put aside the story I'm working on and write something else. That usually gets the creativity flowing again and I can return to the story I'm supposed finish.

What are you currently working on?
Kate Hill Right now I'm working on an erotic romantic suspense. I'm about two thirds of the way through the story and it's been a lot of fun to work on.
