I see people and manufacturers trying to take advantage of people with tinnitus by selling cures and lying about what their products do. They're all about the money. Doctor Bell popped in my head at first for a 50 word story challenge I was doing. Then I kept getting more and more ideas on terrible tinnitus experiments Doctor Bell could do. And so he began. :)
