What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Kayla Kirby Don't have a big ego!! Your writing isn't perfect and you will need a professional editor and beta readers. Don't get butthurt if they tell you that you're manuscript needs a lot of work or certain things need to be changed.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Kayla Kirby Creating worlds and characters people enjoy, hate, and are indifferent to. I love hearing what people think about my characters and love hearing their predictions.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Kayla Kirby I plan out my book before hand. If I still get writers block after planning, I go back through my manuscript and edit it to remind myself what I already wrote.
