What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Terry Milos How I acquired 2 large wicker baskets from the late 1800's from Denmark (along with a wardrobe from a Baroness from Denmark)

Hi Terry. Borrowed the "Familiar" book from Nelson, BC library. It's among what I'm reading thesa days. (I live on a homestead, myself.) The Goodreads listing for the book says 264 pages, but the edition I've got is 208... ? Should that figure be changed in the description? Small matter I suppose. But thanks & congratulations on writing a very enjoyable book that paints great pictures with words. —Joel

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?

Terry Milos There are many fictional book worlds but from my childhood I have always loved Peter Pan and so I think I would like to travel to Neverland to meet all of the girls and boys along with Peter and Tinkerbell. I would like to play with them and help them to escape the mean Captain Hook!

What books are on your summer reading list this year?

Terry Milos The first book I am reading is BEYOND MILE ZERO, The Vanishing Alaska Highway Lodge Community by Lily Gontard. I have driven the Alaska Highway many times and am very familiar with many of the lodges talked about in this book. I look forward to finding out more about the history of the lodges and information regarding them disappearing. Last summer when I drove up to the Yukon, there were even more of the lodges closed than I remember from a fews year back. I also love any books on the North.
