This was a trial and error find, because with my upcoming release I went through really bad writer's block for about a month. After trying suggestions from multiple other people including just stepping away for a bit and doing something else, coloring and changing up my writing playlist, I ultimately found writing by hand with just pen and paper works best. Sometimes staring at the screen becomes tiresome. I find myself spacing off at times. So I'll grab a notebook and just write. It is very cathartic and I find my thoughts flow more freely this way.
