Sit down with an empty screen or pad in front of me and write whatever comes into my head for ten minutes non-stop. Usually does the trick. I also ask myself if what I am trying to make myself write is worth writing. I sometimes think that if writing becomes too laborious, it's probably because you're writing something that's not very good!
