My absolute favorite fictional couple would have to be Jane Austen's Anne Elliot and Captain Wentworth from Persuasion. I have always loved this couple. They nearly missed their chance, but found their way to a mature love. It is my favorite of Jane Austen's books and holds a very dear place in my heart.

I look at my children and know I am setting an example for them. I want to be a writer. The only way to do that is to write. We have to chase after what we want. It's a long shot, but I'm showing my kids that I'm willing to try.
