About you book The art of taking it easy? My name is Maria Eduarda Calvo and I work at the Libraries of the Municipality of Lisbon. I am cataloging, indexing and classifying the books " The art of taking it easy" and for our catalog of authorities/ author, needed some information : your year of birth, (just the year) and your nationality, so that the bibliographic treatment was as complete as possible.

What are you currently working on?
Brian King A book about travel, co-authored with my partner.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Brian King Writer's block is easy. If only I could get over going to the gym block.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Brian King The pay sucks, there is no job security and no time off. But at least I don't have to wear pants.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Brian King For the past decade I have been touring the country teaching people about happiness and stress management, and everywhere I went I met people who are struggling with different issues, but they all stem from how well we manage stress. My approach seemed to connect with them but I didn't think I would write a book until after I had my daughter. The book is for everyone, but it was written for her.
