Human behavior is a constant mystery to me and an inspiration for The Devil's Dragon. For example: Why is bad behavior rewarded? I work in hotels and as the saying goes "the squeaky wheel gets the grease", so that the more people complain and the ruder they are, the more compensation they receive. Does that seem right to you?
