It is interesting that you share the same name with other authors. It might be interesting to you to know that you share the same name as my late mother. Sharon was her first name and Rose was a middle name. She never wrote books, but she sure read many of them. I think I got my love of books from her. Was your family religious since Christ called himself the Rose of Sharon? Mine sure was 😂

Sharon Rose It amazes me how many authors have cropped up with the name of Sharon Rose. Ironic since I omitted my married name when I published because it's extremely common. Some things are just unpredictable. At least we all write in different genres, so I hope there isn't too much confusion.

My Dad chose my name and it does come from the reference in Song of Solomon. My mom told me the story of how it was chosen, and I will always treasure those words.
