Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Karen Goldner I live near the historic Edgewater Beach co-op building, and have been fascinated by the history of the now demolished Edgewater Beach Hotel. I also am interested in what happens when family history catches up with you. Plus I wanted a book set in Chicago, so of course I had to bring Tina to the Windy City.
