My father disappeared out of my life when I was very young, though he was still very much alive. Sadly, he passed when I was 22 while I was pregnant with my son and actively looking for my father. The circumstances leading up to his disappearance and the events that occurred thereafter would make a great book.

This question is from four years ago, but my entire summer reading list this year was comprised of works by Cyn Alexander. She's an amazing author who is incredibly talented. She's much too slept on for her work to be as brilliant as it is. I've decided to catch up on her entire catalogue of works, so that's my whole list this summer.

I'm a huge fan of the Harry Potter series, so, of course, this would be the first place I'd choose to go. The first place I'd go in that world would be Diagon Alley. I'd have to hit the sweets shop as well as the Weasley twins' store.
