Following the stories to places I didn't think they'd go. And meeting new characters. Possibly also the wonder. Always thinking could this go in a story? Which one? What's the motivation there? I love that.

I saw snippets of both Overrun and From Above in my dreams, as if I was watching a movie.

A novel that follows my novella From Above. It follows Elyse's journey to be her whole self and the way she faces what it was her father wanted her to be.
I'm also working on a serial - Overrun - with more installments coming out in the coming months.

I write down at least 5 ideas for stories every day. Most of them are duds, but some of them get me excited. I try not to skip days. If I do, I go back and fill them in. But when you come up with ideas every day, you hardly ever run into writer's block.
If I get really stuck, I'll usually just switch it up and jump to another story. I usually have several in the works that I can switch to.

I get inspired to write by reading lots of great works! My favorite books are curious, different and imaginative. I love books that make me think and make me question what's real, what's hidden, and what's coming in the future.
