I don't know that I've ever dealt with a true case of writer's block. I try to keep my writing simple. What does my character want, and what is going to get in the way of her getting it? If I remain true to the simplest form of conflict, I almost always come up with plenty of ideas to torture my character:)! Does that sound mean? That sounds mean. But we want to see our heroes overcome obstacles!

I get most of my reading list from recommendations. I keep hearing great things about Wonder by Raquel J. Placio, Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon (I know, where have I been? How have I not read this yet??) and A man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. Any other recommendations?
