Writer's block is rarely a problem for me. I read once there's no such thing. There's only writer's distraction. That rang true for me. So I remove distractions. Then, if I'm stuck on a joke or a scene (when writing screenplays) I move. I go for a walk. It's ridiculously effective!

Some of the best advice I've heard is:
Don't be a fragile writer. Don't need certain times or places or tools to write. If you have 15min: write! If it's on the notes app on your phone: write! Just do it.
Also: stop referring to yourself as an aspiring writer. You're a writer. Own it. Love it. Shout it.
