Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Alice McDowell I learned about the five patterns more than 20 years ago and have been teaching them in a 30year program I founded called Finding the Hidden Treasure. My students were so transformed by the teachings and accompanying exercises that I decided to offer them to a wider audience.
