What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Elsa Grace Get out of your comfort zone, and just write what comes to mind- even if the grammar is incorrect. You can fix that when everything is written down. Don't get stuck trying to make the first chapter perfect. Fix that when the story is all on paper (or typed out, whichever you prefer)

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Elsa Grace I wanted to help kids learn about animals, and I thought rhyming might help them memorize it better.

What are you currently working on?
Elsa Grace I'm working on another children's book to go with The Night and The Grassland. I'm also working on two mysteries stories, a ghost story, and three fantasy stories.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Elsa Grace When I get writer's block I like to go walk in the woods behind my house, and just be with nature for a while.
