I have two new stories in the works as well as sequels to the Cloud Riders series. Currently everything is on hold as I prepare Cloud Riders 2 to be published in paperback so it can be ready for an upcoming book fair! Once everything is situated for that event, I am anticipating releasing one of the new stories in e book and paperback formats soon!

To the aspiring writer, be persistent. Not only with getting your work noted but keep polishing that manuscript! Also, join a writer's group that is positive and encouraging. Through that forum you can see you are not alone in your trials and tribulations. And, you can join in celebration for others in their victory as they will in yours!

If I were to choose a fictional world not of my own making, I would choose Middle Earth. If I were shorter, I would live with the Hobbits and enjoy their world of living things and food. However, since I would not be able to comfortably stay in their nice Hobbit holes, I would live with the Elves, if there were any more once I got there.

Usually I can overcome it by reading through what I have already written. If I am still blocked after reviewing the manuscript, I walk away for a time. Often times something said, seen, or experienced will restart the creative process.

I love to share my worlds, the characters and the situations to anyone who will join me in the experience. I hope that the reader is entertained and enjoys the stories during the reading and continues to remember them long after the story is finished.

I love to read books. As a child, I always had something to read. The stories sparked my imagination and soon I was building stories in my mind. I started writing a book when I was in high school. I did submit it once to see if I could get someone to publish it. It never happened. But, over time I learned more about writing and how to publish. That learning experience continues.

The Cloud Rider series developed from a question my husband made one day several years ago. He asked, "What what happen in a world that was totally separated with half of the population living in the sky and the other half on the ground." When that question kept coming to mind, my imagination took it from there and Cloud Riders came to be.
