I'm kinda a binge reader when it comes to series. So when I read the first book I want to read them all! So this summer I am going to be reading Gentry Boys Series by Cora Brent. I purchased them several months ago, but I haven't made time to read them.

The Malon family is completely a made up family that resides in my head. Yeah, I have an entire family and their extended family in my head talking to me. The RBMC began with Declin and Jessica, but as I wrote Declin's parents were right there. I tried to push them off and make them wait. Originally Tin Savior was going to be a bonus at the end of Coming Home. I wrote it first and I am ever so grateful that I did. So where did my idea originate, with me and my conversations in my head. I really hope that I don't sound too crazy!

Honestly it doesn't take much for me to get inspired. Last week it was a simple two-hour drive to a work conference. On the drive, I started seeing all the different towns and scenery and I had to get to my laptop when I arrived at the hotel.

I have so many, but if I could only choose one it would have to be Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet. Her intelligence and her desire to marry for love make her a beloved character for me. Mr. Darcy is drawn to her first for her looks, which is typical, but also how he comes to love her for her personality mannerisms. That, to me, is all I wanted as a little girl watching fairy tales.
But these two are tied with Jane Eyre and Mr. Edward Rochester. At any given time, they could completely flip places.

I am currently working on editing Coming Home which is the story of Tinman and Malynda's son.
