If I could travel to any fictional book world, I'd travel to Patricia Briggs's Mercy Thompson series. My character would be a human descendant of the alpha werewolf Bran Cornick--a descendant that he doesn't know exists until I (unknowingly) start digging up old Cornick family secrets!
