The best thing about being a writer is, firstly, being able to earn a living from something I love doing. Then, there is the flexibility of work, and being able to set my own hours to suit me , many of which are completely unsociable hours when the rest of the world sleeps!

So far I have been quite fortunate and writers block has only ever lasted for no more than a day or two. I then find it is best not to continuously dwell on it , but simply take a break until the ideas begin rolling in again.
