Hi, Elizabeth-Anne! You are my first crossover! Someone who will own a book and a DVD of mine that are entirely unrelated! I'm partial to my live performances, especially since I think my acting ability has improved greatly. :) Also, keep in mind this is not a Hollywood production - just me. Sounds like you have a great collection. Being a San Diego native, my visits to East Coast historical sites were quite eye-opening.

On May 11, 2007, I brought lunch over to Jack and Suzy Hinrichs’s house. Jack began the meal with “Come Lord Jesus,” and we had a fine time. For no earthly reason, that not-so-unusual invitation struck me—like lightning! Thoughts rolled (crashed) around in my head for a week or two, and the idea for this book was born. It could only have come from above, since a book (What?) was the furthest thing from my mind. “But okay, God,” I thought. “I can do this,” little knowing where it would take me. It’s ten years later, and the energy of that moment resulted in my first book, A Spoonful of Grace. It wasn’t an easy write for me; God had many things to teach me! I am profoundly grateful that he took me on this journey, for it nurtured my faith in ways I never would have imagined.
