In 2008, I was sitting in Forensic Chemistry class when a woman's voice invaded my mind with a story that sent chills down my spine about her life with her dominant, hybrid boyfriend.
I tried to push her out of my brain so I could focus on the task at hand which was my finals but she kept on nagging until I wrote down everything.
After receiving guidance from a close friend, I sat down at my desk and typed out twenty chapters of Eternal Night. The one question I had was what kind of creature? The answer was revealed to me while I was flatlining on an operating table when the same woman introduced her boyfriend to me. On February 22, 2012, Alesia Benoit and Sebastien Dubois were born giving my characters a name and brought my book to life.
