Yes! Most of my dragon heroes are also virgins -- everyone except Pyro in the main series (and possibly also Darcy, I actually can't remember! He's a human though). In my current series, the Blades of Arris, the later books (4-6) will feature heroes who are virgins. That's a darker series with a lot more sex, so it's fairly different in tone from the Lords of Atlantis and Onyx Dragons series, but even so I keep gravitating toward this kind of hero. I just love them!

Hi Leah! It's currently available to newsletter subscribers! You can get it here: https://dl.bookfunnel.com/6savtaojnx And I know we live in a world where there's too much email, so if you just grab it and then unsubscribe, I totally understand. I hope this helps!

Hi Alexandra! You are the first one to request it so I will put it on my to-do list!

This is a GREAT question Marishka! The correct order for full books + bonus short stories is Dragon VIP:
1) Malachite
-- bonus short story "Mal's First Birthday"
2) Pyrochlore
-- bonus short story "Pyro's Wedding Day"
3) Kyanite
4) Amber
5) Jasper
6) Alex
7) Flint
And the novellas, which are chronologically prequels but feature Carnelian fallen aristocrats so they can be read anytime, are:
1) Syenite
2) Peridot (originally in the All He Wants for Christmas anthology)
The publication order on Amazon will also be confused because I'm republishing Syenite and Peridot in between full book releases. And then chronologically, "Mal's First Birthday" takes place way after the end of the series! So should it be number 8? But it's meant to be read right after Mal + Cheryl's book so that's where I've put it.
Pyrochlore's story is coming out next week and the bonus story will be a couple weeks after. I expect to have bonus stories for the other full books too, which will be publishing this year and next year. We'll see!
Apparently, I like to over-complicate simple things. Thanks for the question. :-)

Making up the happy ending for all of the characters who don't get one!
Seriously. I used to watch movies where the best friend, or the heroine, or the dog died. As soon as the credits rolled, I'd already be rewriting the story in my head to give that person (or pup) a happy ending.
These days, there are too many sad incidents in the world. I don't need to turn on the news and learn about an event I am helpless to make better. (Now, if I CAN take an action and make a difference, that is different!) In my stories, I hope that I can give readers a cheerful, happy feeling. Escape for a few hours, sink into a fun story, and cheer on the hero + heroine + pet. All happy endings, all the time! That is the best thing.

Finish the book!
It's like running a marathon. Maybe your first marathon isn't your best ever, but it proves to you that YOU CAN FINISH. How empowering! After you've finished, you can focus on improving your time.
In my case, I was able to reach The End easily. I finished my first book in 6th grade! It wasn't a very good book, though. After college, I pursued a professional writing career for 15 years + 5 additional novels before breaking through. I'm strong in grammar and determination but weak in actual storytelling. I finally hired a developmental editor for the last two years. It was expensive, but that was when I finally overcame my last barrier and started telling quality stories.
If you are good at finishing but your stories are lacking the spark, try working with a developmental editor. If you are a born storyteller who is missing some of the basics, editors and critique groups can help you too. Check out the beta reader forums on Goodreads.
You can do this! Best of luck.

I read on Amazon (I've got Kindle Unlimited) and I think, what hot paranormal or sci fi romance haven't I read yet? And then I mash things together until I have something super exciting and new. I've got merman shifters and soon I'll have dragon-shifter aliens (which Celia Kyle already did awesomely, as did many other writers). Something I haven't seen is cyborg vampires. I'm writing it! If you write it too, send me your link and I'll promote you. :)

OMG all of them.
In 2016 I was reading Cynthia Sax's book Releasing Rage (very sexy, very dark cyborg romance) and I couldn't put it down. Anna Carven's Dark Planet series, same thing. Hard, masculine, sexy guys who will go to the limit to protect their females + females who are capable of taking care of themselves!

I LOVE SHIFTERS. Tiger shifters, dragon shifters, werewolves. Plus I love first contact stories. You know what there AREN'T that many of yet? Mermen. I think it's the una-tail thing. How does the romance work??? I need romance hot enough to set off the smoke detectors + I'm a big scuba diver. Merman shifters who keep their legs (and male bulges) with feet that can shift into fins and back again started my writing fire. The Sea Lord series was born!
