Alyssa Tan I got my inspiration from my life and also from other people's lives too.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Alyssa Tan This will seem a bit cheesy, but my advice is that you keep on writing. Because someday, there is going to be a time when you'll lose your fuel to write, and don't ever let that get to you. You can do it. Step by step. ☺

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Alyssa Tan I got the idea while I was strolling down the beach, and the 'message in a bottle' vibe went through me. And my two best friends named Samuel and Kyla inspired me to start writing it, that's where I got the names of my main characters :)

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Alyssa Tan I guess it's knowing that you can influence readers worldwide. It's getting a message across without speaking to them. :)
