I had the initial concept for my book five years ago. I wanted to produce something unique and original and the idea just came to me. I'm an avid reader and I love being transported to another world-the writers world. It wasn't until I started writing that my idea grew and developed.

Do not give up. If you have a story to tell then believe in it. This is a hard industry to break into so don't feel disheartened if things don't happen as quickly as you hope. Also, marketing and advertising is just as important as your writing piece. I definitely underestimated this aspect of writing a novel. Good luck :-)
