Read a book. Watch TV. Take a walk. Whatever works to free up my thoughts. Writer's block is a fun word for fear, exhaustion and anxiety. Writers fear failure. We push ourselves in so many areas of our lives until t fatigue overwhelms us. We let things pull us away from writing, building worry to a level that can be health threatening. Getting away from my work helps me crave to return to it with a renewed hope. I don't beat myself up for not being a 24 hour 7 day a week producer.
