Hi, Dave! I'm glad you're enjoying my books. I'm always happy to know someone read something I've written and it resonated with them. Regarding your question of whether I believe Neuhold and Carrington have cracked the code regarding creating believable gay characters, I have to say I believe they, and many other female authors, are able to write gay characters that are multidimensional and not just stereotypical of what some believe gay men to be. Since you have read my books and seem to enjoy them, I'm guessing you believe I can also write believable gay men since I'm also a woman.
I don't believe in restricting one's writing to only females should write female characters or only men should write male characters. If we all believed that way, what a boring world this would be.
I hope that answers your question, and I'm not afraid to answer in public.
Cheers!
Sam

Well, I don't have a lot of mysteries in my life except the old "How did I end up here?" I imagine everyone has that question that they ask of themselves when they pause for self-reflection.
I'm a Midwesterner who moved my family to the East Coast, and now, some twenty-six years later, my husband and I have retired to the desert! I feel like I just learned to tie my shoes yesterday--but, that could be true as senility sets in!!
I'm grateful for every up and down I've had me in life that led me to doing what I love... writing MM Contemporary Romance, and I hope you'll take a look at my books. The Lonely Heroes are full of mystery!

I think everyone would think they'd like to go to a time in the future where hate no longer existed. I'd ask how they figured it out, and then I'd bring it back to where we are right not in time and space because there's far too much hate in this world at this time.
