Hi Colleen, thanks for asking! No, the swimming book is a different author. My author name on Goodreads is spelled with two spaces between the first and last name. It's an ongoing thing, I have to ask the librarians to fix it every time. Sorry for the confusion!

Coming in October will be Headmistress (book 4 in the Greenbridge Academy series), followed by a stand alone Halloween story.
Also before the end of the year, Boone's story from Fencing Her In will be coming out.

My biggest source of inspiration comes from music, art, photography, just about anything that stirs me. Sometimes it's people watching, or something from my own life or circumstances.
My favorite character from my books. That's a tough one! If I had to choose I would say either Misty from Stay the Night, or Morgan from Some Basic Witch. I love heroines who are capable, sassy, insightful and a little bit stubborn.

Well, the honest, brutally embarrassing truth is this: I had a bad vacation about 16 years ago. I decided to hike the Grand Canyon -- granted, it was with a group -- but I was woefully unprepared. Shit happened. It was ugly. I made Walk with Me as a way to give my own soul a happier ending to that story, and threw in a seriously hot, possessive park ranger. Because who doesn't want to rewrite their most cringe-worthy moments in life with the added bonus of sweet lovin' in the mix??

I look for inspiration everywhere. Sometimes it's as simple as looking at a beautiful photograph. Sometimes it comes from real-life nuggets. Sometimes I see a trope used in one of my favorite shows or movies and I think, "I can do my own version of that old storyline." Usually, an idea just hits me and I run with it.

I get away from the computer immediately and take a walk. Vitamin D seems to help everything open up. (Yeah, that's what she said.)
