To overcome challenges and writer's block, the writer must consider applying the following principles:
a. Goal setting is very important to overcome writer’s block. Thomas Jefferson once asserted, “Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal: nothing on earth can help the man with a wrong attitude.”
b. Set goals and deadlines for each day and week. Do your best to accomplish them. You must plan how to manage your personal, family, and work life with a vision you strive to fulfill.
c. You might go to your job from the morning 'till 4:00 pm, but your main work is the vision you are trying to manifest, therefore it is your passion. In order to fulfill this passion, if you want to turn in into a book, or whatever passion there is, you must work extra hard.
For me, I write mostly at night, around 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. Then I take my rest and begin 4:00 am to 7:00 or 8:00. That is, if I take day off. If I don’t have a day off, I work through the night. It’s difficult but you must pay the price to see your vision accomplished. Your work hours start from 5:00 pm.
d. Take a regular break when working.
Sometimes I planned to finish a page or a chapter. I might have all the information, but when I sit in front of the computer, I cannot write even one word, although, I have everything to help me. That could mean I am exhausted, so I need to take a break. After my rest, I return to work. My rest pays off. Other times, it could be something else. Do not be aggressive. Pray and remain calm. Remember, writing is like pouring out water. If water is forced out, it splashes and may damage many things. That’s exactly how writing feels like. And if you force it out, maybe when you are upset or something is bothering you, you might write things that don't need to be in your book. Do not forget that your emotion is the power behind your book. Your readers get attached to your emotions and that’s how they get connected to your good work. Find a way to handle this, but never let anything prevent you from accomplishing your vision. That means you must set goals and a deadline. Remember this quote: “The burning passion in your heart cannot tolerate unfinished business.” Congratulations. The Lord is with you to accomplish what He places in your heart. Go ahead and just do it.

The best thing that happened after my book was published was the respect I received. People started respecting me more than ever. When they read my book, they couldn’t believe how much I have in me and the volume of information they have to learn from it. It also created spiritual growth in my church and our prayer meetings because I teach from the book and we pray with the information. By the time we finish studying up to chapter 13, their prayer life, level of understanding, and both tithes and offerings have changed 100%. It really brought a revival. The most encouraging words I received from my friends was, “This is an accomplishment.” My boss was the first person to support my fundraising because he thought my accomplishment has challenged him. People take you seriously when you fulfill your goal, so go ahead and finish what you have started or are thinking of starting.

To all aspiring writers, I want to encourage you to go ahead if you feel, you have something to write. Three years ago, my wife and I went to an event, we met a young lady in her twenties from New York and came to MA. She wrote a book. The title was compelling. I took the book, when I opened it, there was no important information in the book, only scriptures. It was $15.00, it would be a waste of money to buy such book, but I told my wife, the fact that she has the courage to write and travel to sell her book, let’s buy it for her to encourage her because she has a vision. We bought the book and I spoke to her to continue. We were impressed and talks about it every day. If you start writing, there’s going to be lots of challenges and roadblocks, but you must have three characteristics:
1. Vision concerning what and why you want to write.
2. Passion. When I started writing, I bring my iPad to work and write all the ideas that come to mind during my break.
3. Desire to complete your good work. The day you hold your first book in your hand, you will feel the joy of your Brain Baby Birthday, and you will be glad that you published a book.

My inspiration grew stronger each day from a burning desire, and the burden God placed in my heart concerning the dangers America, Israel, and the world is facing. Terrorists increasingly pervade the security of mankind. America being the beacon of the nations, is heading toward destruction as she rejects God publicly with the daily decisions made by the politicians.
My Intercessory Team prays constantly for America, Israel and the rest of the world. As we pray, the Lord continues to unveil to me things to write. As a result, my first book was published. My burning desire is to see the leadership of this nation to return to God.

The motivation to write Invading the Kingdom of Darkness will be referred to in chapters 8 and 27 of this book. I was thinking of bringing the story of the conversion of the Voodoo Priest I converted to life through movie, my assignment in America, and also teaching people how to intercede effectively for their families, cities, and nations in this perilous time.
When I discussed the idea with one of my spiritual fathers, he told me to write a book. His advice ignited the idea I had a long time ago to be an author, and it seems that this is the right moment. I prayed about it and got the green light from the Lord so I started writing right away.
