Trisha J. Kelly The shaking in my hands quickly spread into my arms and travelled through my whole body I was petrified, using both hands I steadied the knife. The deranged lunatic was counting down, inviting me to kill him or he would slay my child.
Trisha J. Kelly Without spoiling the series, the place I would love to go more than anywhere else is Witchetty Waters. The magic starts as soon as you arrive, with so many unusual, unique characters, and mystical creatures, who are always up to something. The hidden places, the portals to other worlds and other times would mean life would never be boring again. Adventure, hope, and eternal life await all who dwell there. I can't think of a better place to be. The magic is everywhere.
Trisha J. Kelly The next book I shall be reading is a Novella by Mark Dawson called Phoenix. Not only because I have read all of his books to date (I tend to do that when I really like an Author's work) but also as all the proceeds from this are helping a friend of his who needs urgent cancer treatment. She has to pay for this privately now, refusing the treatment before as she was pregnant. I like thrillers and I will be trying some by writers I haven't read before. But first! I have one and a half books left to write in my Scarlett and Mason Series, so a busy year writing mostly at the moment!
Trisha J. Kelly That is an easy question for me. I spent the first eighteen years of my life living in a haunted house. The things that happened over the years were unexplainable and very spooky. It will always remain a mystery to most people. I have since lived in other haunted houses. Also, I have the ability to hear messages that I have passed on to others. You cannot rule out life after life, or the many different energies that are left in our ether!
Trisha J. Kelly I just stop! I had ploughed through two and a half books and suddenly I thought what next? I am proud of the books I am writing and if you get a block you need a rest. Suddenly boom!! there it is, your thought process is back on track and something even more special comes from your imagination. Also ask people close to you for ideas if you are stumbling, sometimes that is helpful!!
Trisha J. Kelly Wow, the very best thing about it is you are creating something so special. They say everybody has a book in them and it's true!To be lost in magical worlds where anything is possible would surely be a dream for all. Its a place to escape from life which can be very mundane and tough at times. Writing is your special place. Then the enjoyment when you have finished of sharing your stories with others, who love it too, is great.
Trisha J. Kelly If you feel passionate enough about writing then what are you waiting for!! I always thought it would be a lot more difficult than it is to write. I believe in fate and I think if something happens very quickly it is meant to be. So just start that book is my advice, go for it!!
Trisha J. Kelly I have written Discovering Witchetty Waters the first in a series of 5 books, each an individual story/quest but collectively a continual series. I have written the 2nd book 'In the wrong life-time' which will be released shortly. Currently I am writing the 3rd in the series, 'The rise of Sorcha.'
Trisha J. Kelly I have always wanted to write, I did write a bookand a few poems over 20 years ago and instead concentrated on my family. Now they are all grown up I am doing what I have always wanted to do! and loving it.
Trisha J. Kelly It just suddenly popped into my head! my inspiration I guess loosely based on experiences growing up, myself being the elder sister and having a naughty younger brother. He sadly is no longer here. Everything else just escalated. I have found a natural ability within myself to write. My book is the first in a series of 5, I really enjoy writing it.
