A La Mode is my most recent book and ice cream has been a passion for a long time. In fact, one of my first books was called THE ULTIMATE ICE CREAM BOOK and it is to this day still my best selling book. And the only way we thought to make ice cream even better was this time to pair it with some outrageous desserts. How about some popcorn ice cream with peanut brittle tart????
