Susan M. Branz I'm working on LEARNING the industry. I feel like I put the cart before the horse in having my book published so quickly. Now I'm playing catch up with learning the ropes of marketing and of the writing industry. I will be retiring soon, and then I plan to write more.
Susan M. Branz I love meeting so many new people through the Author groups online, and through book signings and other events. Everyone has been so helpful with willingness to review books and with advice for marketing. Authors are a very unique and genuine community.
Susan M. Branz Dream big dreams and become all that God has created you to be. It's never too late to begin something new. I'll be retiring from a 25 year career in several months, and I'll have plenty to do because I now have a new hobby! Be brave, be bold, go for your dreams. Everyone has a dream, but you have to work to make it come alive!
Susan M. Branz In 2011, I worked with my husband Charles G Branz to edit and publish a second edition of his book, Beyond the Horizon, Overcoming the Fear of Death. I really enjoyed that process, but didn't think much about writing a book of my own. Then a friend of mine, Kathy J Bingle, wrote a sweet children's book, Grandma Jeanie Beanie and the Love Names. It is about the love of a grandmother to her granddaughter. Having granddaughters of my own, I began to think of some of the things I did with them when they were young. Hence, the theme and idea of Angels, Angels Everywhere was born in 2016 and published March 7, 2017.
