I usually have a side-project going on as well as my main project, like a fanfiction or collab story with one of my friends. If I have writer's block, I go to one of those stories and work on that for a little bit. It's good to just let yourself loose and write for YOU, without having to worry about anyone reading it. This helps me immensely with writer's block.

Currently, I'm working on two projects.
One of them is the third Scarlet book. It's coming along nicely, and I also love the setting -- I'm very excited about it!
The other project is still in the planning stage. It's separate from my Scarlet series. That's all I can say for now, but the book is going to be FUN!

The idea for "The Mystery on the Train" came from a combination of reading vintage girls' series books and a sudden inspiration having to do with a lost heiress. (The book is very different in its pure, un-edited form.) And so I started writing the book! One-and-a-half-year later, it's published!
