For me this hasn't been much of a problem so far. The issue for me is not having enough time to write. However, on the couple of occasions I've not known what to write next, I brainstorm every possible scenario I can think of happening in my story - even the most ridiculous seeming options. I do spider diagrams and then try to extend each 'leg'. One of the legs usually then gives me an idea of where to go next with the plot.
