Rachel Coverdale Peeping behind the door she saw the grotesquely brutalised, body of a young man; fear forever etched into his dead eyes. "Not again," she cried, flinging the knife from her bloodied hands.
Rachel Coverdale It's similar to being a lucid dreamer - what ever you want to happen can happen!
Rachel Coverdale As usual, I'm working on more than one book at once. I'm currently working on "The Boy Who Dared" - sequel to "The Boy Who Couldn't". This time the boys stumble across a cruel puppy farm. Due out 2022.
I am also working on a sequel to "Robberty Bobberty and Friends", called "Robberty Bobberty and the Butterfly Who Lost her Colours". Shelly Oyston is really surpassing herself with the pictures for this one. Due out 2022.
Also I have "Who Hides Here, Footprints at the Seaside" ready to roll out on 1 June 2022.
2022 is going to be a busy and exciting year!
Rachel Coverdale Apart from the ironic ways to unblock - be really busy on another book, be sitting on the toilet, out on a long journey with no pen and paper or laptop! The best way I find to unblock, is take a long walk with just my dog in the countryside. Not think about anything at all and an idea will just present itself. Then of course you have to run all the way home before you forget it! Definitely does the job though - I thoroughly recommend this method!
