Few tricks that help me:
1) Set-up a deadline as if you have to submit a report in office/ university.
2) Not necessary to write sequentially, pick from in between where your ideas are flowing. Later build the link to start and end.
3) Re-read what you have written after a gap of some hours/ night. You would get ideas to improve on it.
