I take a walk, a long walk or hike. Preferably a trail that has no intrusive manmade sounds (particularly that of cars). I'm fortunate to live by the sea. The wind alone on a coastal trail can help sweep away writer's block (at least I like to think so). Barring that, I'll binge on Netflix. The two extremes can help change the gears.
