Dawn M. Hafner I've always used writing as a way to process life. To sort it all out. As I've shared some of my writing pieces over the years, people have let me know how much it inspired them. The ability to inspire and encourage others during some of life's toughest lessons led me to want to bring my biggest lessons together in one book.
Dawn M. Hafner Just write. Writers write. They don't just think about writing or talk about writing. They write. Good or bad. Inspired or not, just write. And when you do feel that inspiration hit and the words are tumbling about in your head rioting to get out, then by all means, let them out.
Dawn M. Hafner It is such a special gift to be able to communicate with a stranger at a time and place unknown to both the reader and the writer, but in a way that the words touch both individuals in a meaningful way. Writing is like magic to me. Part of it is mysterious the way the words show up from seemingly out of nowhere.
Dawn M. Hafner To find the good, you have to give yourself permission to first write the bad. By simply keeping the pen moving or the keyboard clicking most of the battle is won. Even if it's not what you want to put out yet, the flow will start the good ideas coming I find.
